Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Specialist will support upper‑ and mid‑funnel brand campaigns by activating creators who bring the brand to life through culturally relevant storytelling. Working across brand, IMC, paid media, legal and global market teams, you will ensure influencer activations are strategically sound and operationally tight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand‑aligned influencer strategies for cultural, seasonal and product‑driven moments.
• Translate briefs into creator approaches, casting lists and content direction.
• Run small‑scale creator activations independently, including asset‑only asks and micro‑campaigns.
• Source, vet and manage creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Oversee day‑to‑day creator communications, deliverables and timelines.
• Act as internal production partner, building content toolkits, shot lists and trafficking assets to paid‑media, social and IMC partners.
• Maintain trackers, timelines, content calendars and support contracting, invoicing and compliance workflows.
• Provide performance reporting, insights and stay ahead of creator, cultural and platform trends.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management or social/content roles.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate brand briefs into culturally resonant creator concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple activations, timelines and cross‑functional stakeholders.
