Hospitality Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

This remote position focuses on supporting AI-driven workflows across travel, hospitality, real estate, and event strategy. You will help shape the quality of AI outputs that power operational decisions in these sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design rubric‑style prompts for large language models and evaluate generated responses.
• Create and review structured evaluation tasks for tourism, property operations, hospitality services, and event planning.
• Assess model reasoning, operational practicality, and the quality of customer‑facing communications.
• Provide domain expertise to improve AI systems used in hospitality, tourism, and real‑estate environments.

Required profile

• Professional experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event strategy.
• Familiarity with rubric‑style evaluation tasks (Mercor experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of operational workflows in travel, hospitality, property management, or events.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Design of effective LLM prompts.
• Critical evaluation of AI‑generated outputs.
• Excellent analytical thinking and written communication.
