Help Desk Specialist – Remote Entry Level

About the role

This remote, entry‑level Help Desk Specialist position offers a fast‑track into IT support. You will assist users with login, password, hardware and software issues while gaining hands‑on experience through paid training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support via chat, email and ticketing systems.
• Assist users with login problems, password resets and account access.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing platform.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Support device, system or application setup when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all support interactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior professional experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
• Basic computer knowledge (internet, email, troubleshooting basics).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
