Healthcare Audit Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Audit Manager to lead audit engagements for our healthcare clients. This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule and the chance to develop deep expertise in a specialized industry.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, and schedule audit engagements to meet all deadlines.
• Provide timely feedback to staff to support learning and development.
• Review complete sets of financial statements and related disclosures for compliance.
• Examine work papers to ensure adherence to quality‑control standards.
• Research accounting issues, develop solutions, and plan/manage engagements to successful completion.
• Monitor product quality and personnel performance.
• Maintain CPA certification and required CPE units.
• Assist partners on special projects and cultivate new client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients.

Required profile

• CPA certification (required).
• Minimum five years of public‑accounting experience, including at least three years as a senior (in‑charge) accountant.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven decision‑making ability and initiative.
• Research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and stay organized.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
