Head of Supply Planning, North America

About the role

As Head of Supply Planning for North America, you will lead a customer‑focused supply planning organization that drives business performance across the continent. Reporting to the Managing Director for North America, you will be based in the New York Support Office and own the end‑to‑end supply planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate all supply planning activities across North America, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer expectations, and market needs.
• Own the full supply planning cycle from demand translation and buy quantification to allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimisation.
• Influence senior leadership decisions, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Build strong partnerships with Continent General Managers, Commercial Teams, and Global stakeholders to ensure clear, fast decision‑making.
• Develop and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, fostering an inclusive, values‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in supply planning or supply chain within fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results and profitable growth.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across senior forums.
• Ability to translate long‑term strategic direction into operational execution.
