Groundskeeper – The Waller

About the role

The Groundskeeper for The Waller community ensures that all outdoor areas, amenities and overall curb appeal are maintained to Greystar’s high standards. This position supports the service team by keeping common spaces clean, safe and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and verify that pool area gates function properly.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and operating cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Reliability and the capacity to follow established safety and operational procedures.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with service team members and supervisors.
