Groundskeeper / Porter for Brodick Hill Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and safety of the Brodick Hill community in Lithia Springs. The role involves daily inspections, litter removal, and supporting the service team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas and amenities clean.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turn processes.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gate safety compliance.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and handling complaints sensitively.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and carrying objects.
• Commitment to follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.
