About the role
The Floating Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Hillside Garden. This position is a hybrid, on‑site role that moves between properties as needed, providing essential bookkeeping and reporting functions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the community.
- Prepare monthly close‑out and financial reports.
- Process invoices, collect rent, fees and other payments.
- Complete bank deposits, dispositions and account reconciliations.
- Utilise property management software to record, track and report all financial activities.
- Assist with weekend schedules (Sun‑Thurs or Tues‑Sat) as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related experience in property finance or accounting.
- Confident leader with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management software.
