About the role
The Coordinator, Executive Office provides essential support to the Executive Director and helps maintain the operational infrastructure of BAFTA North America. This role ensures smooth office coordination, board administration, and cross‑departmental support, especially during peak awards‑season periods.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day executive support to the Executive Director, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Administer board activities, prepare meeting materials, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate office operations, manage documentation, and oversee logistical arrangements for events.
- Facilitate communication between leadership, staff, board members, and external partners.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support evening or weekend activities during high‑volume event periods.
Required profile
- Highly reliable, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
- Comfortable working independently while managing competing priorities.
- Adaptable to fast‑paced environments with frequent deadlines.
- Willing to work evenings or weekends during peak periods.
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
