Executive Assistant to Managing Director, The Americas

About the role
This position provides high‑level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director of Aman New York, representing the brand with professionalism and discretion. The role offers exposure to daily operations of an ultra‑luxury hospitality brand in Manhattan.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an active calendar of appointments and handle confidential correspondence.
- Drive projects assigned by the Managing Director, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Arrange travel itineraries, prepare approval forms, and complete expense reports.
- Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve feedback as needed.
- Maintain relationships with external contacts and ensure timely communication.
- Liaise with department heads and property leadership to follow up on operational initiatives.
- Support preparation for executive, ownership, audit, and brand review meetings.
- Act as a professional point of contact for owners, investors, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, mail review, purchasing, invoicing, scanning, filing, and file maintenance.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting senior executives in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and judgment skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor that aligns with Aman’s brand values and serves as a brand ambassador.
Required skills
What we offer
- Annual compensation range of $90,000 – $100,000.
