Entry-Level Learning Specialist

About the role

McKinstry is seeking an entry‑level Learning Specialist to join its Talent Development team within Human Resources. Based in Seattle, WA, this hybrid position supports the design, coordination, and delivery of enterprise learning programs that span early‑career development, leadership training, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end logistics for learning programs, including room reservations, catering, materials preparation, and assessment administration.
• Manage vendor relationships, handling day‑to‑day communication, performance tracking, issue resolution, and contract coordination.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for program delivery, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
• Produce Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (VILT) sessions, managing the technical environment, participant engagement tools, and session flow.
• Partner with facilitators and content owners to troubleshoot real‑time issues and improve virtual delivery.
• Develop and maintain producer playbooks, run‑of‑show documents, and virtual facilitation standards.
• Support the production of an enterprise‑wide training calendar in coordination with the broader Talent Development team.
