About the role
Crystal Geyser Alpine Spring Water is seeking a high‑performing District Sales Manager to lead growth across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont. This role offers strong visibility and the chance to shape the company’s expansion in the Northeast.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that drives volume, velocity and profitability.
- Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across grocery, convenience, natural and food‑service channels.
- Expand distribution and increase market share with existing retail, wholesale and distributor partners.
- Build and manage a strong network of distributors, wholesalers and brokers, ensuring execution against goals.
- Lead retail and headquarters‑level selling, negotiate contracts and open incremental opportunities.
- Manage pricing, promotions and budgets while maintaining margin discipline.
Required profile
- Proven beverage sales experience in New England markets.
- Strong existing market relationships with retailers, distributors and brokers.
- Ability to drive growth through direct account development and distributor management.
- Motivated sales leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and can travel 3–4 days per week.
