District Manager – Restaurant

About the role

Pressed Cafe is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations within a designated territory. You will be responsible for ensuring each outlet delivers exceptional guest experiences while meeting brand standards and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all district restaurants, ensuring compliance with brand, health, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
• Hire, coach, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
• Analyze P&L statements, budgets, labor, and food costs to drive profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and support teams in maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to HR, legal, and food safety regulations and lead training initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on district growth, new store openings, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of multi‑unit restaurant management experience (QSR, fast‑casual, or full‑service).
• Proven leadership ability with a hands‑on, people‑first management style.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
