About the role
ANI AHAIE is a global, trend‑led silver jewellery brand seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales to own and expand its U.S. wholesale business. Based in Dallas (with flexibility across the U.S.), you will build the brand’s presence with independent jewellers, premium boutiques, department stores and online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve wholesale revenue targets across the United States.
- Identify new market opportunities and recruit retail partners.
- Develop and nurture key accounts, positioning ANIA HAIE as a must‑have brand.
- Lead prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
- Represent the brand at major trade shows such as JCK, RJO and APP.
- Manage and motivate a network of sales representatives and internal team members.
- Monitor sell‑through, product performance and market trends, providing feedback on pricing and assortment.
- Collaborate with UK and Shenzhen teams to align sales activity with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Required profile
- 8‑10+ years of experience in jewellery, fashion accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in wholesale/B2B sales and revenue growth.
- Strong network of U.S. independent retailers, boutiques or department stores.
- Hands‑on, proactive mindset with the ability to execute independently.
