Director of Sales – Peninsula Del Rey

About the role

The Director of Sales leads occupancy growth for the Peninsula Del Rey senior living community by building relationships with prospective residents and their families. You will guide personalized tours, follow‑up strategically, and coordinate events to showcase how community living enhances well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound inquiries within two hours and generate new leads through at least three home visits per week.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 daily prospect connections and send five personalized OneDay videos each week.
• Schedule and lead in‑person tours, customizing each experience with a “One Extra” that reflects the prospect’s interests.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals by analysing Yardi reports, monitoring CRM metrics, and participating in weekly strategy meetings.
• Achieve five monthly move‑ins (one per week) while meeting conversion targets of 50 % inquiry‑to‑visit and 25 % visit‑to‑move‑in.
• Work either a Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday schedule and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Two to four years of college coursework preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in hospitality, real‑estate, or healthcare with seniors.
• Proven track record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Experience using the OneDay video platform.
• Familiarity with Yardi reporting software.
