About the role
The Director of Foodservice, Baked Goods leads sales, margin, and guest satisfaction for assigned foodservice categories. You will shape category strategy, manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships while ensuring food safety and quality across U.S. markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high‑performing team.
- Own category P&L, drive sales, traffic, margin, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
- Translate market insights into actionable assortment, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and align with Global Procurement.
- Deploy scalable execution standards, conduct store visits, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across all categories.
Required profile
- 7+ years progressive experience in foodservice, category management, merchandising or operations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L ownership.
- Experience in vendor negotiations and cross‑functional leadership.
- Background in fresh or prepared foods.
