About the role
Soracom is looking for a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join its fast‑growing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to develop a career in sales and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to qualify inbound leads.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage and track lead flow.
- Uncover prospect needs, spark interest, and forward qualified opportunities to sales representatives.
- Maintain outreach sequences and meet or exceed monthly lead‑generation targets.
- Work with internal teams and other Customer Engagement Specialists to build prospect lists and execute territory‑based campaigns.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to grasp basic technical concepts related to IoT and cloud connectivity.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Comfortable connecting with prospects via phone and video conferencing.
- Self‑driven, autonomous, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
