Content Strategist

About the role

HIFI Agency, a fast‑growing marketing firm in Raleigh, is seeking a Content Strategist to shape brand communication across digital and traditional platforms. You will translate customer motivations into compelling creative, develop brand messaging, and guide the strategic direction of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand voice and cohesive messaging for campaigns, websites, and marketing channels.
• Build brand story frameworks aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and media strategy.
• Craft clear, performance‑optimized copy and oversee its execution across video, digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Identify gaps in content team processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to shape website content, structure, and UX‑informed storytelling.
• Partner with media strategists and analysts to adapt content based on audience research and ad performance.
• Work with art directors and designers to ensure visual and verbal storytelling are seamless.
• Present creative strategies and messaging frameworks to clients and build strong client relationships.
