About the role
The Community Manager for Ophelia will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures and manage petty‑cash funds within budget limits.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
- Monitor market and economic trends to guide short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager in property management.
- Demonstrated lease‑up experience and knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations.
- Proven ability to meet budgeted financial targets and manage a property team.
