Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first app that simplifies every aspect of car ownership, from shopping to insurance and repairs. We are looking for a Community Manager who can authentically represent Jerry across the platforms where our users discuss finance, insurance, and automotive topics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other key community channels.
• Develop a playbook for each community, defining when to post, reply, or stay silent.
• Grow Jerry‑related subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Design a content and engagement strategy that scales while maintaining authenticity, leveraging AI where helpful.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Measure and report on sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Required profile

• Platform native with a tone that earns upvotes on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer categories.
• Strategic operator who builds systems, understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Proven ability to make “boring” or “stressful” topics feel human and engaging.
• Patient, curious long‑game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
