Community Manager for Dalian Monterrey Village

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Dalian Monterrey Village property in San Antonio, ensuring smooth resident experiences and achieving financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site team, coordinating daily activities and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analysing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rents and fees, and ensure timely posting.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multi‑family regulations.
• Drive resident satisfaction through community events and responsive service.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, revenue management and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related housing regulations.
