Channel Account Manager – Hybrid (4 onsite, 1 remote)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a Channel Account Manager to work with its network of implementation partners. The role is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day remote, based in Brisbane, CA. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on Odoo sales and implementation strategies.
• Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers.
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements.
• Implement cross‑functional processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers.
• Contribute to customer‑centric strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for software products.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment.
