Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Yves Rocher is seeking an entrepreneurial and hands‑on Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across the U.S. market. The role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and growth for the company’s botanical beauty and wellness portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead 360° go‑to‑market strategies and execution for new product launches.
• Build and manage influencer and KOL programs, including recruitment, partnerships, campaign management and performance analysis.
• Drive PR initiatives, media relations, press coverage and product seeding programs.
• Plan and execute consumer events, influencer experiences, brand activations and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with eCommerce, CRM, Social Media, Sales and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, analyse performance and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communication or related field is a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, influencer marketing or related fields.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making capability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.
• Experience marketing consumer brands in the U.S. market is a strong advantage.
• Background in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
