Application Developer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Application Developer to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will design coding challenges, measure model progress, evaluate logical correctness, and troubleshoot issues to raise the quality of each AI model.

Key responsibilities

• Create and assign coding challenges for AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Analyze model behavior, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements.
• Document evaluation results and explain solution approaches.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Ability to solve coding problems similar to LeetCode or HackerRank and explain solutions.
