Villa Concierge – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Villa Concierge at Fairmont Kea Lani is the primary point of contact for villa guests, connecting them with the best experiences Maui has to offer. Working in a luxury all‑suite resort, you will deliver personalized service that reflects the Aloha spirit and ensures every stay exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest requests, record and track itineraries, and manage bookings to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
• Assist with villa check‑in and check‑out processes and relay guest feedback to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain up‑to‑date communication between guests, resort staff, management, and local partners.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Fairmont properties, Maui community businesses, and hospitality service providers.
• Adhere to State of Hawaii food‑handling safety standards and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Participate in monthly departmental sales promotions and uphold the resort’s Aloha spirit in all interactions.

Required profile

• Calm, courteous demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Maui attractions, restaurants, and cultural experiences.
• Commitment to accurate record‑keeping and safety compliance.
