Training and Development Manager

About the role

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead its learning initiatives. In this role you will oversee the training team, manage program delivery, and ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) supports the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate the Training and Development team.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs and courses.
• Manage the LMS, including content updates and user support.
• Align training initiatives with business operations and decision‑making processes.
• Meet deadlines, track results, and report progress to the Director of Human Resources.
• Drive innovation in learning methods and adapt to a continuously changing environment.

• Strong understanding of business operations and strategic vision for job training.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Innovative mindset with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing change and adapting quickly.
