Talent Advisor – HR Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Irvine office. In this role you will drive employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Lead programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and clear communication.
• Communicate safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates to talent.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain high‑quality service delivery and operational efficiency to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in employee management, supervisory or team‑lead roles.
• Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple management levels.
• Proven ability to build and sustain internal and external business relationships.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
