Superintendent / Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a permanent Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead luxury home building projects across South Florida. The role involves overseeing every phase of construction, from planning and design through to close‑out, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project life‑cycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close‑out.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on all job sites.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed to meet targets.
• Direct construction crews and subcontractors, reinforcing site safety standards.
• Conduct daily progress reviews and resolve emerging issues promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to align project goals.
• Lead regular safety meetings and inspections, implementing corrective actions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on safety management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale luxury residential projects.
