Summer Turn Assistant – University Village (Student Living)

About the role

Join Greystar for a summer position supporting the leasing and maintenance teams at University Village, a student‑living community. You will help prepare apartments for new residents during the busy turn season, ensuring units are clean, functional and ready for move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office such as copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling calls and organizing rent payments.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out processes by printing paperwork and maintaining resident lease files.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to raise community awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Support resident events, welcome parties and unit tours to boost satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting signage as needed.
• Touch‑up paint vacant and occupied units and ensure proper caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact positively with residents and team members.
