About the role
Square is looking for a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to lead relationships with our largest Food & Beverage sellers in Nashville. You will act as the trusted advisor for high‑value restaurant partners, helping them grow by leveraging Square’s integrated commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 150‑175 strategic Food & Beverage sellers.
- Drive account‑based revenue through use‑case expansion, cross‑sell, and customized onboarding.
- Represent up‑market sellers’ needs to Product Teams and act as their advocate.
- Consult with restaurant owners and C‑level executives to align Square solutions with business goals.
- Identify technical solution opportunities and lead project execution with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics in a customer‑facing role.
- Experience working with large, complex sellers, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong storytelling, organization, and persistence skills.
- Comfortable using technical frameworks to design product solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex projects, negotiations, and ambiguous environments.
