About the role
White Glove early intervention agency is looking for qualified ABA Teachers to provide specialized instruction to children from birth through grade 2 who have developmental disabilities and autism. This full‑time position focuses on delivering evidence‑based behavioral therapy within an early‑intervention setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for each child.
- Deliver direct instruction and therapeutic activities in classroom and home‑based environments.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and agency regulations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Special Education (MSED).
- State certification for teaching students with disabilities, specifically birth‑to‑grade‑2.
- Experience working with children who have developmental disabilities and autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
