About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spanish‑speaking Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will focus on personal injury and immigration matters, delivering high‑quality representation to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury and immigration cases before courts and administrative agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Consult with clients to assess their legal needs and guide them through the process.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay current on changes to personal injury and immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Minimum two years of experience handling personal injury and immigration cases.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
