Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Maui X Lolita, a female‑owned fashion brand based in NYC, is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage its Instagram and TikTok presence. You will help shape the brand’s visual story, support product launches, and keep the community engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Curate, create, and publish photo, video, and short‑form content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media calendar aligned with campaigns.
• Schedule and manage posts to ensure timely, strategic distribution.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Establish efficient workflows and content management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, events, and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing social media accounts, preferably in fashion, luxury, beauty, editorial, or lifestyle.
• Strong visual eye and understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok best practices.
• Experience using content scheduling and social media management tools.
• Video creation and editing for short‑form content.
• Digital tools such as Notion, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
