Site Operations Manager – eCommerce

About the role

We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day performance of our luxury eCommerce platform. You will monitor site health, triage issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain a high‑quality online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, guaranteeing optimal performance and swift issue resolution.
• Monitor site health via diagnostics, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.
• Act as the first line of defense for site issues, triaging and delegating to appropriate partners.
• Define and manage issue severity levels, ensuring proper prioritization and response times.
• Track, document, and drive issues to resolution, maintaining accountability across teams.
• Report on site diagnostics, NPS, and Medallia insights to guide decisions.
• Lead operational communication within the eCommerce team and relevant cross‑functional partners.
• Serve as primary liaison between Site Operations, Customer Care, VOC, and DigOps teams.
• Own the creation, maintenance, and communication of the eCommerce site refresh/launch roadmap.
• Manage validation calls, floorset documentation, and Holiday Readiness decks.
• Support site releases, floorsets, and high‑traffic events to ensure operational stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 1‑2 years of professional eCommerce experience.
• Passion for eCommerce and awareness of the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to interact effectively with teams at all organizational levels.
• Strong logical analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
