About the role
The Service Quality Consultant II will support Texas A&M Engineering’s People Office by designing, developing, and maintaining Laserfiche ECM solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and enhance complex Laserfiche applications and databases to streamline workflows.
- Gather requirements, create specifications, and produce design documentation for new electronic forms and business processes.
- Produce regular reports, status updates, and metrics for management and end‑users.
- Act as the primary Laserfiche liaison with the IT department, providing training and ongoing support.
- Administer Texas A&M Engineering listservs, handling subscriber updates and troubleshooting distribution issues.
Required profile
- Experience with Laserfiche ECM software and database development.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional designs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with IT teams and end‑users.
