Senior Director, FP&A

About the role

This senior finance leadership position shapes enterprise‑wide financial strategy, planning, and performance management for SaaS and BPaaS business lines. You will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, influencing capital allocation, growth priorities, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range strategic planning.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate financial insights into actionable business strategy.
• Own revenue, margin, and profitability analysis for SaaS and BPaaS, including ARR modeling and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for scenario planning and investment prioritization.
• Oversee monthly close activities, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Build and evolve KPI frameworks, planning assumptions, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations on revenue forecasting and pricing strategy.
• Design and scale BPaaS financial infrastructure and unit economics.
• Support finance transformation initiatives such as automation and self‑service reporting.
• Prepare executive and board‑level financial materials and contribute to M&A analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or business partnering.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with strong executive presence.
