Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Accolade Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in an Illinois facility. The RN will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements and build rapport with patients and their support systems.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Establish patient care goals, teach self‑care skills, and address questions and concerns.
• Monitor health outcomes, measure against care goals, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Adhere to therapeutic standards, hospital policies, and nursing division philosophies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary problem‑solving to resolve patient needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection‑control, medication administration, and controlled substance regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Strong clinical competence, bedside manner, and infection‑control expertise.
• Ability to multitask, work effectively in teams, and communicate clearly.
