Quality Assurance Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our supply‑chain team. In this full‑time position you will ensure that inbound and outbound shipments meet Cintas’ quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform random audits on a statistical sample of all inbound and outbound shipments as defined by the Quality Program.
• Inspect selected boxes to visually verify garment details and identify quality issues.
• Accurately record statistical data on error types and frequencies.
• Report findings promptly to managers for corrective action.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to count and record product samples accurately.
• Capability to work independently and make quick quality decisions.
• Physical ability to stand or walk up to 7 hours per shift.
• Basic English speaking and comprehension skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet/intranet use.
