Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary academic leadership and strategic planning for the department.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation, and program quality for B.S., M.S., and doctoral degrees.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff.
• Promote research excellence, secure external funding, and foster interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Represent the department within university governance and external professional communities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly research, teaching, and service.
• Experience in academic administration or department leadership.
