About the role

The Part‑Time Concierge at Overture Riverwalk supports residents and prospects by delivering a welcoming experience and assisting the community sales and operations teams. This onsite position ensures smooth move‑ins, package handling, and resident programming while contributing to occupancy and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, providing a comfortable waiting environment.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness.
• Coordinate loading dock/elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Log package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and track equipment rentals and dry‑cleaning services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
