About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this position you will ensure accurate processing of service orders, maintain organized records, and support seamless communication between clients and internal teams for our behavioral health programs.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process client service orders into the company’s order management and CRM systems.
- Review and verify order details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm order details, service schedules, and special requests.
- Coordinate with operations, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Track and monitor the status of all active orders and provide updates to clients and staff as needed.
- Resolve order discrepancies, errors, or delays promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records of all orders, transactions, and client interactions.
- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly order reports for management.
- Assist with invoicing, billing inquiries, and payment processing as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve the order entry process and communicate recommendations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in order entry, data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to handling sensitive client information with discretion and HIPAA compliance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software, order management systems, or ERP platforms.
