Network Analyst – District Office, Information Technology Department

About the role

We are seeking a Network Analyst to join the Information Technology Department at the District Office. The role involves supporting and managing the district’s enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for schools and administrative services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network equipment and services.
• Perform data‑center operations, including configuration, deployment, and upgrades of network hardware.
• Manage multiple logical and physical network environments across the district.
• Assist in the design and implementation of networking solutions to meet departmental needs.
• Provide technical support for network‑related issues and document procedures.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; education/experience equivalent to CCNA and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
• Three (3) years of hands‑on experience with enterprise network equipment, data‑center operations, and complex network environments.
• Ability to obtain a TB Clearance and complete fingerprinting at employee cost.
• Preference given to internal candidates.

• Cisco networking (CCNA level knowledge).
• CompTIA Network+ concepts.
• Enterprise network equipment configuration and management.
• Data‑center operations and network deployment.
• Logical and physical network design and troubleshooting.
