National Account Manager – Target

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager who will own and grow our partnership with Target. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end business planning, execution and performance across both in‑store and online channels, ensuring the Pair of Thieves brand thrives in one of the nation’s most visible retail ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the Target account.
• Lead annual business planning, set sales targets and drive flawless execution across multiple product categories.
• Collaborate with Target merchants, planners and replenishment teams to maximise sell‑in, sell‑through, visibility and margin.
• Analyse POS data and Power BI dashboards to generate insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Plan and coordinate promotions, digital campaigns and merchandising opportunities that balance brand awareness with financial results.
• Align internal forecasts with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to support promotional and seasonal cadence.
• Track trade spend, promotional investments and account profitability to meet financial targets.
• Identify whitespace and growth opportunities within Target’s assortment and distribution channels.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of national account management experience, preferably in consumer goods, apparel or retail.
• At least 3 years of direct experience managing the Target business.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and a love for data‑driven storytelling.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• POS data analysis.
• Target Partners Online, POL and related item‑setup and reporting platforms.
