About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I specialized in Chemistry to work the evening shift in Little Rock. This regular, onsite position supports clinical laboratory operations and contributes to patient care through accurate test performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform chemistry laboratory tests on patient specimens during the evening shift.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Document results accurately and communicate findings to clinical staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities.
