Maintenance Technician – The Views at Angel Lake

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of The Views at Angel Lake property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This onsite role supports resident satisfaction by addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future equipment failures.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and completed work orders.
• Ensure all work complies with Greystar policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals, and safety codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
