Maintenance Technician – Oasis at Round Rock

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Oasis community in Round Rock. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and attractive for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and using materials and tools efficiently.

Required profile
