Maintenance Technician – Encanto (Mesa Del Sol)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of the Mesa Del Sol community in Encanto, Albuquerque are kept in excellent condition. This includes maintaining buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are ready for new occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and time spent on each task.
