Maintenance Supervisor – The Avenues at Verdier Pointe

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical condition of The Avenues at Verdier Pointe. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Track and retrieve maintenance supplies, tools and equipment, maintain inventory records and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials and tools efficiently.
• Adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, participating in routine safety activities.

Required profile
