Leasing Professional – Ridgescape Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Ridgescape community, ensuring occupancy targets, revenue goals and resident satisfaction are met.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions is a plus.
