Leasing Professional – Palomino Park Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Palomino Park community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Experience managing the full leasing process in a residential community.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
